Delivered digitally in the agreed format and resolution. The seller is not responsible for loss or damage after delivery.
Three revisions during the sketching phase.
Up to five minor edits after completion (e.g., eye color changes).
Drafts shared with a watermark until full payment.
Full payment upfront or a 50% deposit, with the remaining 50% due after the sketch has been approved; initial payment for larger orders is negotiable.
Clear, specific requests are required. Vague instructions will not be accepted.
Additional fees apply for commercial use, to be agreed upon separately.
Seller may cancel and refund orders due to unprofessional behavior or unclear instructions.
Products cannot be used for blockchain, NFTs, AI datasets, or related technologies.

- Full payment upfront or a 50% deposit, with the remaining 50% due after the sketch has been approved. Rendering will start once payment is set.
- Work on the Product will not commence until the agreed payment has been received by the Seller.REVISIONS
- The Customer has the right to three complete revisions during the sketching phase.
- After completion, reasonable minor edits (e.g., eye color changes) are permitted. Any significant changes will require additional charges and mutual agreement.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- Deadline is specified in the commission details. Expedited work or deadline adjustments may incur an additional fee.
- The Product will be delivered digitally to the email address/discord/google drive provided by the Customer after the final payment is received.
- Customers will receive all preliminary stages (e.g., sketches) with a watermark until payment is made in full.
- It is the Customer's responsibility to store the delivered Product. The Seller is not liable for lost files or technical issues on the Customer's end.USE
- Commissions can be posted and personally used by the Customer.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
- The Product is for personal use only. Commercial use, including reselling, reproduction, or publishing, requires prior approval and a separate agreement with the Seller.
- Customers do not have the right to use the Product in blockchain-related technologies, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future developments in this space.
- Customers do not have the right to use the Product in AI-related technologies, including datasets or AI tools, or any future inventions in the field.REFUNDS
- The Customer may request a full refund if no progress has been made for two consecutive months or if the Product has not been completed within four months. Refund terms for extensive commissions must be agreed upon beforehand.NO REFUNDS ONCE COMMISSION IS DELIVERED.COMMUNICATION
